Affordable Housing
Three Rivers provides a HOME Funded program called the Purchase/Rehab/Resale Program. This is a developer sponsored program where they work with eligible applicants at or below 80% AMI (Average Median Income) to find their first home. They then ensure that the home will be able to meet Housing Quality Standards by investing the Home Funds allocated for the program. This program also provides down payment and closing cost assistance to make home ownership affordable.
